ABOUT OUR ITALIAN ROAST COFFEE
Our Italian Roast Coffee is a strong body cup with an elegant flavour. Blend of Arabica and Robusta, This Italian Roast Coffee combines an outstanding aroma with the benefits of the best organic coffee from Southern Laos. The blend of fine attributes of Arabica and pure strength of Robusta produces an elegant chocolate aroma.
ABOUT OUR EXPERTISE
Thanks to long lasting and trustful collaboration with farmers from the Bolaven Plateau, in Southern Laos, we are getting the best bean quality as the healthy coffee cherries produced are handpicked by 3 rounds, after growing on coffee tree under the ideal conditions: cool climes (1000-1200m alt.), volcanic fertile soil, shade cover. Careful post harvest processing enable us to obtain quality beans which we then roast with care to serve the best cup in our coffee shops, Café Sinouk, as well as in many other restaurants and hotels.
Thanks to our Lao coffee expertise, we can offer you the best roasted coffee from Asia. In other words, to learn more about coffee harvesting methods and roasting processes. We also welcome all coffee lovers to visit our coffee learning house .

Our processing follows the strict organic IFOAM requirements:

Have travelled the world and bought coffee home from many places including South America and Africa, but having found Sinouk whilst on business in Lao I am hooked. I have tried both the French and the Italian blend and both work for me. Occasionally I get to drink coffee elsewhere and it a horrible experience, keep it up Sinouk.

I love this coffee! I make a double espresso every morning. The shot is gone in an instant, but as it lingers on the tongue, I appreciate its smooth, slightly floral, and not acidic presence. I love how coffee is so universal, and makes remote parts of the world feel like a familiar face.
