My new favorite Lao coffee! I look forward to trying the other two Bolaven Treasures soon. The attention to detail shows in the bean selection, processing and roast perfection!

My brewing techniques were areopress and pour over, but I plan to cold brew
a large batch with my next bag of beans and reveal some more of the berry flavor!

I love this roast for my morning espresso shot. The roast is dark, but not at all bitter or burned. It has body. It feels soft, and lingers on the tongue long after I finished my shot. My Breville Barista espresso machine never fails to produce a layer of crema to top off my morning shot.

I love this coffee! I make a double espresso every morning. The shot is gone in an instant, but as it lingers on the tongue, I appreciate its smooth, slightly floral, and not acidic presence. I love how coffee is so universal, and makes remote parts of the world feel like a familiar face.
