We aim to deliver your items as efficiently as possible, and work closely with our couriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay,Thailand post and DHL) post to ensure you receive the best service. During busy periods, our warehouse will endeavor to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but we ask that you allow extra time for your delivery. Our couriers will try to successfully deliver your order on the first attempt, but please understand they may occasionally experience delays with adverse weather or breakdowns that are out of our control.
Delivery to remote locations may take a little longer and will be dependent on how often our couriers visit the area. If you would like more information on specific delivery to your area or if you require your order by a specific date, please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team:

As soon as we receive confirmation of your order, we will send you an email directly to inform you about certain details concerning the delivery time and price.
Indicated delivery times shall not commence until after all formal requirements necessary for the start of the services have been met, Sinouk Coffee has received all required documents and Customer has provided Sinouk Coffee with any required information necessary for the performance of services.
Customer does not have the right to cancel the order and/or refuse to take delivery and/or to pay for the goods due to nonobservance of the delivery time.
The costs of and risk of transport, delivery, collection, storage and other services carried out for Customer by Sinouk Coffee or carried out as ordered by Sinouk Coffee in connection with the order shall be borne by Customer, unless agreed otherwise.
At Sinouk Coffee, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your coffee experience. If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Before you send your return, please contact us on [email protected], please provide your name, the order number, which items, how many your are returning, and the reason for the return including a picture of your product. We will respond to you as soon as possible. Then, please follow our instruction, and we will advise where to return your items to, in their original packaging and proof of purchase.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns should be shipped to:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Paypal account. You will receive the credit, depending on your processing time and policies.
Orders are shipped in the order they are received and only Monday through Friday.
Sinouk Coffee does not ship on the weekends unless specified in your shipping.
Sinouk Coffee is not responsible for errors in shipping address where it was the buyer who placed the wrong address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
