As Coffee Roasters, our team has developed over the years very strong skills enabling to master the key components of the roasting process : best quality beans, performance of our roasting machine, time and temperature control. This combined with the skills of our craft men and regular cupping sessions characterizes the outstanding quality of Sinouk Coffee.

Today, we have defined 5 main roasting profiles suiting every coffee lover’s palate coming into several formats within our products range.
